Repairs relating to ordinary wear and tear may be completed for a standard repair charge.

Important Conditions

• Repairs by another jeweller void the warranty.
• The warranty is not an insurance policy.
• Customers are encouraged to maintain personal jewellery insurance.
• Loss, theft and accidental damage are not covered.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the jewellery satisfies our exchange requirements.

Exchange Conditions

Returned jewellery must successfully pass our quality inspection before an exchange can be approved.

• Shipping charges are deducted from the exchange value

• Products showing signs of wear may be declined
• Approval is subject to final inspection

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time your purchase has been confirmed.

Cancellation requests received during this period will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible.

After 48 Hours

Once production has commenced or more than 48 hours have passed since confirmation, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

This allows us to maintain efficient production schedules for every handcrafted jewellery order.

Certified Authenticity

Every jewellery piece from RS Sakhiya Diamond is supplied with an IDI (Indian Diamond Institute) certificate, verifying the authenticity, purity and quality of your purchase.

The Indian Diamond Institute is a government-recognized laboratory trusted throughout the jewellery industry.

Additional Certification

Customers who require certification from internationally recognized laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or SGL may request it before placing an order.

• Certification request must be made before production begins.
• Additional certification charges will apply.
• Production timelines may vary depending on the chosen laboratory.

Returns & Exchanges

When returning or exchanging jewellery, customers are responsible for using secure packaging and obtaining adequate shipping insurance.

RS Sakhiya Diamond cannot accept responsibility for products that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit back to us.
