Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received for purchases made through our website or over the phone.
Requests submitted after the return period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Returned jewellery must pass our quality inspection before any refund or exchange can be approved.

- Return shipping costs are deducted from the final refund.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.
- Returns should be fully insured for the purchase value.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.

- Products modified by another jeweller cannot be returned.
- Every returned item undergoes a professional quality inspection.
- Refund approval is issued only after successful inspection.

Local Customers
Customers within our domestic service regions are eligible for refunds in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be completed only after the returned jewellery successfully passes our quality inspection.
International Customers
For orders shipped outside our domestic market, refunds are issued in the form of a Caratiyo Store Credit Coupon equal to the value of the returned jewellery.

- No expiry unless otherwise stated
- Redeemable on future purchases
- Subject to successful quality inspection
This allows our international customers to enjoy future purchases while simplifying international refund processing.
Refund Processing
Once your returned jewellery reaches our facility, our quality assurance specialists carefully inspect every detail to ensure the item satisfies our return requirements.
After the inspection has been successfully completed and the return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
